Stephanie Levin, deputy director of the Strategic Funding and Finance Center at AIR, is a senior education finance researcher with extensive experience helping states and districts align resources with their strategic goals to improve student outcomes. Her work focuses on strategic finance, resource allocation, cost-effectiveness analysis, and continuous improvement, with a particular emphasis on translating complex financial information into practical decision-making tools for education leaders. At the CCNetwork Convening, Stephanie will share insights from the Center’s partnership with the Wyoming Department of Education to conduct resource allocation reviews, highlighting how these reviews help identify opportunities to better align resources with student needs and system priorities.
