About me
Theresa Wilson is the program director for the Oklahoma State Department of Education’s Office of School Support, where she leads a 14-member statewide team that provides school improvement support to 381 schools targeted for support and improvement. Guided by the Office’s mission to collaborate with school leaders, strategically guide continuous improvement, and celebrate progress toward excellence, she leads Oklahoma’s Principal Networked Improvement Communities and, in partnership with the Southwest Comprehensive Center, co-developed the state’s Superintendent Networked Improvement Community to strengthen leadership through improvement science and collaborative learning. Theresa is passionate about empowering educators with actionable insights to build sustainable systems, improve teaching and learning, and ensure every student succeeds.
