Dr. Meghan Doyle, Director of Education Research, brings more than 30 years of experience as a teacher, principal, superintendent, and local government executive, with a career defined by leading system-level improvement and building capacity across education organizations. Her practitioner experience, from classroom to district and county leadership, provides deep insight into the challenges facing state and local educational agencies and schools. She has led initiatives spanning instructional improvement, educator workforce systems, strategic planning, organizational performance, and resource alignment to strengthen educator practice and student outcomes. Over the past year, Dr. Doyle has held a leadership role in the Center on Strengthening and Supporting the Educator Workforce, leading a portfolio of universal and targeted capacity-building projects across states. She has overseen the development of evidence-based resources, facilitated multistate learning communities, and provided targeted technical assistance on workforce development, leadership pipelines, and system coherence.
