About me
Karen Bierhaus serves as the Title I, Part A and 1003 program manager and the state foster care liaison at the Wyoming Department of Education (WDE), bringing extensive experience in educational programming and federal grant management. Since joining the WDE in 2012, Karen has led statewide initiatives to develop robust systems of support, including in her former role as a consultant for the Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers program.
