About me
Fredrica M. Nash is senior director of the Center for Education, Communication, and Training at RTI International, where she leads a multidisciplinary team of 80 staff delivering technical assistance, professional learning, and integrated communications and production services to federal, state, and local education systems. She also serves as co-director of the Center on Strengthening and Supporting the Educator Workforce, leading national initiatives focused on educator workforce development and system-level improvement. Dr. Nash leads RTI’s work supporting Alternative Learning Programs and Schools in North Carolina and directs an executive coaching program for state educational agency leaders in Texas. She brings deep expertise in educator workforce systems, coaching, and the delivery of technical assistance. As a practitioner leader, she focuses on translating evidence into actionable strategies that strengthen educator practice and systems.
