About me
Felicia Purdy, Ed.S., is the director of curriculum and instruction for the Georgia Department of Education’s Office of Teaching and Learning, where she leads statewide efforts supporting curriculum, instruction, standards implementation, and professional learning. Throughout her career, she has served as an elementary and middle school teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, district curriculum director, and assistant superintendent of teaching and learning. Her experience spans instructional leadership, curriculum and standards implementation, literacy, professional learning, and systems-level improvement, with a focus on strengthening teaching and learning.
