About me
As a consultant with the Islands Comprehensive Center/Concéntrico, Dr. Eneida Padró partners with the Puerto Rico Department of Education as the state learning lead to strengthen early literacy systems, instructional leadership, and family engagement. Over the past two decades, Eneida has served as a teacher, principal, district leader, nonprofit executive, and national consultant, supporting state educational agencies and school systems across the country. Her work focuses on helping education systems build coherent implementation structures that turn strategy into sustained instructional practice and improved student outcomes.
