About me
As state co-director for the Mid-Atlantic Comprehensive Center, Elizabeth Eaton leads work with the Delaware Department of Education to co-design and strengthen supports for mentors of teacher apprentices, enhancing mentor effectiveness and advancing Delaware’s educator pipeline. Elizabeth has 20 years of experience leading training and technical assistance initiatives across education, juvenile justice, and child welfare. She specializes in designing and delivering capacity-building support for state and local educational agencies and community-based organizations, partnering with practitioners to identify challenges, analyze root causes, and develop actionable strategies that build on organizational strengths.
