About me
Dr. Carol Keirstead has over 30 years of experience in leading and managing educational enterprises. Over the past 20 years, she has provided capacity-building services to state educational agencies as a director and service provider for the U.S. Department of Education’s Comprehensive Center Program, with a focus on school improvement and educator effectiveness. Previously, Carol was an educational leader of programs serving refugee and immigrant students in K-12, community college, and university settings. She holds a doctorate in Leadership in Schooling.
