About me
Dr. Courtney Van Cleve serves as the executive director of the Office of Educator Continuum at the Mississippi Department of Education. She is charged with ensuring a continuum of support for Mississippi’s education workforce from recruitment to retirement across the divisions of Educator Talent Acquisition, Educator Preparation and Leadership Programs, Educator Effectiveness, Educator and Administrator Professional Development, and Educator Workforce Innovation. She earned a B.A. in international relations from Mount Holyoke College, an M.Ed. in educational leadership from the University of Mississippi, and an Ed.L.D. from Harvard University.
