Catalina Neff, the family engagement specialist for the New Mexico Public Education Department, brings more than 15 years of experience in family engagement, at-risk programming, and advocacy. She is dedicated to building authentic, equitable partnerships between schools and families by creating welcoming, culturally responsive spaces where every voice is valued. Catalina believes that strong family-school partnerships are essential to helping all students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
