About me
Alesha Moreno-Ramirez is a spirited educator and director of the California Department of Education’s Multilingual Support Division (MSD), supporting implementation of multilingual English learner, immigrant, and migrant education policy and programs. The MSD provides educational services and technical assistance to local educational agencies to ensure that all migratory, immigrant, and multilingual English learners have full access to a meaningful education.
